We get asked many of questions! So here is a few of them and our answers:


Q: How do I find out how much shipping is?

A: Easy! Almost all of our parts included freight to make it easier for you , only W.A and N.T and remote outback areas need contact us to obtain a freight quote.

  • If the add states freight not included or contact us, do so prior purchase and we can obtain a freight quote for you, giving you a total price delivered with no hidden costs.
  • Continue to 'Checkout'
  • Add your address and postcode details
  • If the freight is included in the price that is the amount of your part delivered. Only remote areas and A , N.T and remote outback areas need contact us as the freight included will NOT cover these areas and we will quote accordingly to your destination


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: This all depends on where you live and location. We always say to allow anywhere from 3-8 days. Metro areas of course will be quite quick (usually a 3 - 5 days at most). More rural areas allow at least several extra days. We don't offer an express option though sorry as this will drive the shipping cost through the roof unfortunately! 

We always get your goods shipped out ASAP, usually within 2-3 days of receiving your order IF this is an item in stock

NOTE: We dispatch every second day due to the sheer volume of parts that require packing and administration work to ensure we select the right part and delivery information to get it safely to you.

Q: Can I collect my part from your warehouse?

A: NO we are a 100% online store that distributes our parts from various warehouses around the country.

Q: Does RGautoaccessories have a show room.

A: No we don't, we are a fully 100% online Australian store and proud of it. We carry stock of certain parts but due to the large volume of products we sell we have delivery’s daily from our suppliers dropping parts off that we then process ready for dispatch.


Q: Why does shipping cost so much?

A: Shipping costs are a based not only on the freight charge from the transport company but the handling and material cost in packing your item to ensure a safe secure delivery of your new part.

We're constantly on the lookout for cheaper shipping rates though! We've changed shipping companies a number of times to keep the cost down and will always endeavour to do this. 

Q: Do you offer insurance against loss or damage?

 A: Yes, we can offer insurance at a competitive price, contact us for a quote.

Q: Can my part be delivered to a PO BOX

 A: In some cases, yes this depends on the size of your item and the transport company used to delivery it. We will let you know through the check out process and contact you if you provide a PO BOX address as your delivery details. WE RECOMMEND A FIXED ADDRESS AS IT DOES NOT SLOW DOWN THE DISPATCH OF YOUR PART

Q Do you ship to New Zealand (or anywhere else overseas)?

A: Yes we can definitely send to New Zealand or overseas. It just depends on which part and the size of the item. Please send an email to our friendly team detailing what item you're looking at purchasing with you TOWN POST CODE ETC so we can work out an accurate quote for you


Q: Do my items come with instructions to fit it?

A: At this stage no, we don't provide instructions to fit any of our aftermarket items. We recommend you get your local panel beater/fitter/auto electrician/auto professional etc to fit anything for you if you're unsure of how to fit it yourself.


Q: Do RGautoaccessories install and fit any of our parts?

A: No we don't, as we are 100% online we do not offer a fitment service. We recommend you get your local panel beater/fitter/auto electrician etc to fit anything for you if you're unsure of how to fit it.
