WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

  • Faulty products can be returned, in this case you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item, and explain the problem then we can assist in the correct manner to handle your claim.
  • Original packaging and the original receipt proof of purchase must be supplied.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • We do not offer a refund on an item because you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item. The only event in which we will do so is if the item has not yet been shipped, in which case a 20% restocking fee is charged.
  • NOTE: You are responsible to ensure the part you are purchasing suits your vehicle or application, by following a few small tips MODEL – YEAR – PICTURE OR ILLUSTRATION does mine look the same. If unsure CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASE
  • Damaged items can be returned but you MUST follow these rules to ensure a hassle-free transaction. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, provide pictures of the packaging ( how it arrived ) and submit pictures of the damaged item. This is required as these are the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of our transport company’s IF any claim against them is to be lodged.
  • If returning an item that is incorrect on your behalf and approved by us, you will be responsible for the freight cost and safe arrival back to us with the item in its original packaging and original receipt of purchase. Any original freight costs from the purchase are NOT refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Upon safe arrival after inspection of the item only then will we refund any amount owing.
  • We will not be held liable for how a product has been fitted whether it is by you, someone you know or a professional. Our refunds and return policy covers the item itself, not how it is installed.
