Q: How do i place an order !

A: Easy ! All you have to do is follow these simple steps !

  • Select an item that you want to purchase and click ADD TO CART
  • Continue to CHECK OUT
  • Add your Name , Address and Postcode details along with your Contact number
  • Make note we do not deliver to PO BOXES  a fixed address is required
  • This will automatically notify us of your order and details.

Q: Why is my order taking so long ?

A: If you have ordered parts from our SANDGRABBER range Floor mats , Cargo mats and dash and moulded carpets, these are made to order and from time to time during busy periods stock can run low or run out from time to time. But be rest assured your order is being worked on and will be made and dispatched as soon as possible. If you require an update please contact on of our friendly staff members for an update (Have your order number ready so we can quickly identify your order)

Q: Do my items come with fitting instructions ?

A: At this stage NO , we do not supply or provide instructions to fit any of our items. We recommend you get your local Panel beater / Auto electrician / Professional installer ETC if you are unsure how to fit it.

Q: Do RGautoaccessories fit parts that they sell ?

A: No we do not as we are a 100% online store we do not offer a fitting service. We recommend you visit your local Panel beater / Auto electrician ETC to fit anything for you if you are unsure of how to fit / install it.

Freight costs can be calculated on our website for all products. For freight costs on international deliveries please contact us for full details. 

Q: Do you deliver to PO Boxes ?

A: No we do not deliver to a PO Box as the courier / freight services we use will only deliver to a fixed address. 

Q: Can i request my order be left at my door if i am not home ?

A: Yes please let us know upon check out with special instructions to ATL (Authority to leave

Q: How quickly can i expect delivery of my order ? 

A: Delivery within Australia is approximately 5 – 15 business days depending on your location.

Q: Will my moulded carpet come in one piece ?

A: No moulded carpets come in two pieces.

Q: Will my carpet come with holes already cut ?

A: No the appropriate holes will need to be cut when fitting the carpet into the vehicle.

Q: Does the carpet come with underfelt ?

A: No underfelt can be purchased separately.
