When ordering please note that we can NOT post any item to a PO BOX address. Please provide a standard residential or business address and please make sure to write this address as it appears on your mail along with your current contact number. 

ORDER SHIPMENT

For all in stock products please allow a handling time of 2-5 days before being dispatched. For items that may not be in stock  please allow anywhere between 8-30 working days (dependent on item) for it to be made before being shipped, depending on what you ordered ( we will notify you if this is the case ).

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it usually ships within five business days from the date of your order. In some cases it can take longer. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of an item being shipped, to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation message. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

  1. All our items are delivered to the address you supply. There is no option to pick up your item yourself, unless pre arranged with one of our team members
  2. Freight prices on our website do NOT include insurance. If you do wish to get shipping insurance, please contact us for a quote. All freight is the buyers responsibility. Lost or damaged items in freight is the buyers responsibility unless they purchase shipping insurance mentioned above. Shipping insurance only covers the item while in transit, not after it has been dropped off. 
  3. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if there is damage to it or it is incorrect. WHEN ORDERING CHECK THE ITEM IMAGE AND INFORMATION IS WHAT YOU REQUIRE THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK MAKE AND MODEL
  4. Any free-shipping offer is only valid in Australia. It is not valid in any other countries.
  5. Someone may need to be at the address given for delivery to accept the package. Otherwise a re-delivery fee will be charged if item is returned to us. Note that some courier companies will drop off a package at a customers address without the customer having to accept the package. This is unfortunately out of our control. Once a package has been dropped off to the designated address by a courier, we are not liable for it. This is regardless of whether shipping insurance has been purchased or not.
  6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if you choose to do so, or in the case that an item is damaged. 
  7. Return address will vary depending on which location your item has been shipped from, as our manufacturers / wholesalers may have shipped the item directly from their warehouse to your address on our behalf. Before attempting to send anything back, PLEASE CONTACT US so that we can provide the appropriate address to send the item back to. 
  8. You have 30 days to notify & return an item from the date the item was received by you. To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and packaging.
  9. Note that some postcodes that are considered rural/remote by couriers, cannot be posted to. However if you have worked out with us to pay an extra amount so that your item can be posted to your rural postcode (that we otherwise wouldn’t have), then please note that we do not offer our usual refund/replace policy. Posting anything to these usually undeliverable postcodes voids any refund/replacement policy that we may normally offer. 
  10. Note that for some outer postcodes that are deemed remote or rural by a courier company, that we may contact you after your purchase for an extra shipping fee that may not have been covered in the initial shipping amount paid. This is due to some of these postcodes being deemed more ‘remote’ or ‘rural’ this incurs more handling fees with several courier companies involved to get your item to your destination than the shipping original amount we’ve allowed normally.  CONTACT US PRIOR IF YOU ARE UNSURE
  11. For overseas shipments bear in mind there may be some cases where you may have to pay some kind of import tax/duties etc. This is up to you to find out. We are not liable for any taxes/duties payable upon entry to your country. Please note for overseas orders these may incur additional charges for administration costs
